Easy Crockpot!

I thought I would share one of the easiest crock pot meals that you can whip up in no time. I discovered this recipe on accident trying to whip up something to put in a crock pot so it would be ready by dinner time. I used potatoes, carrots and chicken. I opened my cupboard and grabbed the first item that I saw to use as the seasoning, a can of cream of chicken. So I place carrots and potatoes in the bottom of the crock pot. Place chicken tenders on top of the carrots and potatoes. Spread the cream of chicken on top and sprinkled bacon bits. Set on high for about 3-4 hours. Here is the full recipe but you can adjust it to your liking.

Chicken, Carrots and Potatoes with Bacon:

4 cups of chopped Potatoes
2 cups of carrots
4 chicken tenders
1 can of cream of chicken
1/4 cup of bacon bits

Cook on high for 3-4 hours, or low 6 -7 hours.
