Crockpot Meal!

Life can be crazy busy as the holidays approach. The crock pot can be your best friend during these times!! The crock pot allows you to put in all ingredients hours before you are ready to eat. While your food is cooking you can shop til you drop, spend time with family and whatever else that may arise during the holidays. Not to mention what a wonderful aroma one pot meals have while cooking. Here is the recipe!!  For more one pot meals click here.

3 Regular Sized Potatoes
2 1/2 c Carrots
4 Chicken Tenders or 2 Chicken Breasts
1 Cup of Chicken Broth or 1 Cup of Water with 1 Chicken Bullion Cube
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Pepper
1 Tsp Minced Garlic
1 Tbsp Thyme (can be substituted for any spice you love. Ex: italian seasoning, lemon seasoning)
1 Tsp Olive Oil
1 Tsp of Chopped Onion (or you can use a real onion)

Turn Crock Pot on low..... Cook for 3 & 1/2 hours or until chicken is tender. ENJOY!
