January Class: Cooking with Teff and Kamut!

Cooking with whole grains has never sounded so exotic!  Join us for our January class and try something new for 2013!  

Kamut is a type of wheat that has a great flavor and gives the illusion of refined flour in recipes.  Great for many things, including making fresh homemade pasta!
Teff is a colorful Gluten-free grain that is chock full of Calcium!  It is delicious in many recipes, especially in homemade flat bread!
