Soup, Glorious Soup!

Who doesn't love to curl up next to a piping hot bowl of the steamy dreamy comfort food known as SOUP? That's why for the next week, we'll be sharing a different soup recipe with you each day. To kick off our soup-fest, we're starting with a delicious recipe that debuted as our National Food Day recipe in 2011. Introducing, Black Bean Stew.
This simmered southwestern soup is a delight with fresh lime, cilantro, and sour cream. You can have it with rice... or a bowl of tortilla chips might be quite complimentary. Don't forget to check out the RECIPE!
