Fact: Artichokes are super high in anti-oxidants, in the form of phytonutrients.
Artichokes are YUMMY. And guess what's in the center of them? That's right - HEARTS. The tastiest hearts!

Fact: Did you know that strawberries are not true berries? The fruit part of them is actually the tiny black seeds within the delicious red flesh. Strawberries are packed with Vitamin C.
You've got to try this recipe. It is so simple and divine. Set aside a few whole strawberries to cut into heart shapes and use as a garnish.

Fact: Tomatoes are rich in Lycopene, which is a pigment that causes their red color. Diets rich in Lycopene reduce the risk for prostate, lung and stomach cancer, heart disease and age related diseases.
Who doesn't love color-themed foods that are also good for you?! If that doesn't say "I love you" then I don't know what does.

Fact: Sweet potatoes are rich in beta carotene!
Now wouldn't your little sweet potatoes love a meal that includes these?!

We wish you a Happy Valentine's Day filled with that which you hold dear! Whatever foods you decide to make, be sure to share them! It's the secret ingredient.... ;-)
