This week in Recipes, Classes, and News!

This week, at our class 'Kick the Diet, Keep Your Resolution', we prepared and tasted a delicious barley salad. Everyone loved it and we think you will, too! My favorite part was the Feta cheese! The recipe is here.

The Daily Herald stopped by the beautiful Springville Library to check out the first of a series of classes we are doing there. Here is the article they wrote about it.

Some of the people in the class were also hoping we'd post some of the information we shared about how much of each food group we should all be getting! So here are a couple of the slides to remind us all how much to get each day from the different food groups:
